It’s almost Halloween and you haven’t got a costume? No need to panic. There are plenty of last minute Halloween costumesto choose from!
Celebrations Expert, Jeanne Benedict says “Last minute costumes seem to be most successful when they are conceptual such as ‘E-Male.’” Searching your closet for looks from decades past is always a safe bet. The zanier, the better. Think 70’s caftans, bell-bottoms, tie-dye, 80’s shoulder pads, big belts and colored tights!
Here are 5 more ideas for last minute Halloween costumes:
1. Reality TV Star
Reality TV Stars are more popular than professional actors! Choose one from your favorite show- Survivor? Try a bandana and tattered clothes. Project Runway? Top off your outfit with a seamstress’ measuring tape.
2. Movie Theater Floor
Dress in basic black clothes. Fasten popcorn, empty cups, straws and other movie theater trash.
3. Paint By Numbers
Use black eyeliner to divide your face into sections and assign each a number. If your arms are exposed, do the same to your arms. Dress in black and carry a paintbrush.
4. Static Cling
Dress in regular clothes or in one color. Tack on a sock and/or a pair of undies for a humorous look.
5. Wrestle Mania Star
