If Something Shows Up 3 Times, Is That a Sign That It’s Right for Me?

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:46 pm

Have you heard yourself or others say: “This has shown up 3 times in my life lately. It must be a sign that it’s right for me.” First, who decided there is something significant about anything showing up 3 times? You see, when you give your attention, energy and focus to something, the Law of Attraction checks in with you and gives you more of whatever you are placing your attention on.

Definition of the Law of Attraction:

I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted.

The reason why something shows up in your life the second time, is not because it’s right or wrong for you; it’s showing up because you gave it attention the first time. When something shows up for a third time, it is because you gave it so much attention the first and second time. You’re already attracting negative things in 3’s, and in those cases you don’t tell yourself: “This must be meant for me because it showed up the third time.”

Remember–you are accountable for everything that shows up in your life. Let’s take a look at the word accountable more closely. There’s two words buried within it; one is ABLE and one is ACCOUNT.

accountable = able to account for

As things show up in your life, whether negative or positive, you are now able to account for why you attracted them, whether wanted or unwanted.
Start noticing things today that you are attracting and take ownership by saying: “I’m accountable for attracting these results.” If you are getting great results, celebrate them, brag about them, and enjoy telling others that you’ve received them. In the future, when you attract something negative in your life, briefly recognize that you are able to account for why you attracted that. Spend time getting clear about the way you want it to be-hence, shifting your attention from what you don’t want to what you do want.

The Truth About Network Marketing Business Opportunities on the Internet

Filed under: World Of Marketing — admin @ 6:29 pm

Like a lot of people you have been approached with an opportunity to own a business that has the ability to catapult you out of your current job and into a world of financial independence.

There are some things that I think everyone should be aware of when getting involved with a new business venture. Now is the time to unravel the secrets and mysteries of network marketing business opportunities.

Let’s get down to business; here are 4 points to ponder when looking at opportunities that spark your interest.

1. This is a serious business: A lot of people don’t comprehend this one even though it sounds so simple. Contrary to some, networking marketing is not a sprint to get rich scheme. Like anything of worth, a new business requires lots of time, and commitment. Nothing in this world is given away for free.

2. Creating a good down line. This is the main concept of network marketing, the faster you can add individuals below you the larger your paycheck will be. An excellent way to achieve this is by talking to your “warm contacts”. People that you see everyday could possibly be a member of your down line. Once you have created your initial down line, these recruits will duplicate the process of what you have initially done.

3. Your time will be spent recruiting more people: The whole idea of your new business is invite them to your website. You don’t want to cram information down people’s throats, this just sends them away. You also don’t want to act desperate; this type of individual never looks appealing.

4. Never stop duplication: Your main job is to recruit and teach you’re down line. Duplication yields results. Also your other job is to motivate, any new business venture can be frustrating, you will be needing a full cup of patience.

The main problem with networking marketing is people want to make money but don’t want to do the work that it involves. They also bail out before their new business has been given a chance to succeed.

Networking Marketing gives any individual the ability to succeed and make more money then working at a convential job. This business is not biased according to education and experience. Networking marketing is also cheaper than many other business ventures. Start-up costs are below that of a franchise.

Do I suggest any Networking Marketing Opportunities?

I particularly suggest the company Advantage Conferences (www.7ktoday.biz). This company is unusual from most network marketing businesses. The reason being that all Rep’s have a strong belief in Christ. Not only is this business about making money, but also about The Bible, entrepreneurship, and small business. The president of the company is a strong leader that a clear picture of the future. If you are looking for a business to become involved with set aside 1 hour to look at this business. The basic start -up fee is $59.95.

Increase Your Training Intensity - Partial Repetitions

Filed under: Getting Fit — admin @ 5:30 pm

You can only build muscle tissue if you can generate progressively stronger muscular contractions, so this calls for an emphasis on finding ways to increase exercise intensity. This should not be confused with exercise duration as maximum training intensity will actually shorten the time needed to achieve maximal muscular growth.

In an earlier article I outlined the ways in which you can intensify your training. Here we’ll focus on the role that partial repetitions have to play in intensifying the training effect.

One of the biggest dangers confronting serious bodybuilders is the tendency to overtrain. Bodybuilders at the advanced level must resist the temptation to seek improvement by simply adding more exercises or extra workouts to an already demanding schedule.

One way to maintain progress yet avoid overtraining is to make constructive use of partial repetitions. This allows the introduction of additional intensity without adding significantly to the duration of training. To get the most out of partial repetitions you should follow these simple steps:

1. Use a much heavier weight than you would for the full range version of the same exercise.

2. Perform partial reps only from the halfway stage or mid-point of the exercise.

3. Use this method primarily on lagging body parts.

4. Perform only one exercise for one set per body part.

5. Use only as a supplement to full range movement exercises, not instead of.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Filed under: Eating Fun — admin @ 2:11 pm

Ingredients:
18 large strawberries with the leaves left on
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Wash the strawberries and pat dry.

2. Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper and set aside.

3. Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Fill the bottom pan with 1-inch of water. Simmer. Melt the chocolate, stirring only once or twice until smooth.

4. Stir in the oil. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.

5. Holding the strawberry by the leaves, dip it into the warm chocolate and swirl.

6. Let the excess chocolate drip off. Place the strawberry upside down with the point in the air. This will prevent the chocolate from puddling on the wax paper.

7. Lay the strawberry on the prepared pan and straighten the leaves. Allow to cool.
Continue with the remaining strawberries.

8. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours. Better if made and eaten the same day. The chocolate will appear matte when refrigerated and glossy when served at room temperature.
