Some players have the automated reaction to bluff frequently, and that is not recommended. They should just pay attention to the table ad maybe even feel it a little bit before they decide to bluff. Keep in mind that the other players are probably looking themselves for an occasion to bluff. You can tell sometimes when they are bluffing, and the same way they can tell it too sometimes when you are tring to bluff. It does work when nobody notices, but if they do it will only cost you money. So, use it wisely and only after you get some experience.
For reference and help, take a look at these situations when you must not, under any circumstances, bluff.
1.When it is obvious that you will.
If the players know you and know your stille, they can tell when you are bluffing in some situations. Don’t make this mistake because you would give them free money this way.
2.When you just bluffed and they caught you.
If you are already labeled by the rest of the players as a poor bluffer, you should let them forget about that and only then try it again, hoping this time you can do it right.
3.When you are faced with a dangerous flop.
Look carefully at the flop. if there is an Ace in it, consider the afact that someone might have a pair of aces. Aces make it beyond the pre-flop and player usually stick to them and most likely they will paly them. So, don’t bluff when faced to them. Also, don’t bluff against something that might stick to a straight, like: Q, J, 8. Maybe someone has the missing parts.
4.When you are playing against many players.
The manyer you are, the greater are the odds that a player has something and that he will stick with his cards. If you bluff, that palyer will win and you will lose a lot more. Statistic and odds forbit bluffing in this situation.
5.When you are clearly playing against bad players
Bad players don’t realize the opportunity bluffing gives. They like to keep it honest, they don’t fear hands. And bluffing is only effective when it goes hand to hand with fear, fear of loosing the hand or fear of loosing a tournament or just the money.
6.When you have a streak of lost hands going on, or just one hand, but a big one.
You might be upset, and you are espected to be, you might act irresponsibly then and others know that. They will call you no matter what you do, because they know they are big chances that you are bluffing.
7.When you have limped in or you are situated in one of the bind positions.
Can’t explain why, but generally the people from blind position are expected to have a poor hand. And since they already made that blind bid, they are espected to go on, therefore bluff, even if the hand is poor. So, don’t bluff, others think you will and will call you in this situatiuation also.

In my practice as a hypnotherapist, I have many clients who come
to me for stress management. Many of those clients are working
mothers who fret about the demands on their time: children,
husband or partner, paid work and unpaid household chores all
pull these women in different directions. The day-to-day,
constant small stressors leave them inadequate physical and
emotional resources to deal with life’s BIG stressors, such as
personal and family health issues, financial worries, etc.
Frequently, these women lose any sense that they are entitled to
some “me” time, and therein lies part of the solution to stress
relief.
Typically, one of the things that I teach these clients is
self-hypnosis. There are quite a few self-hypnosis techniques
that anyone can learn in order to manage stress. But I also give
my clients many practical tips to give themselves some stress
relief.
Here are 10 tips for stress management that I frequently
recommend:
1. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Our bodies do so
much restorative work while we sleep, and it’s harder to deal
with emotional and physical stress when we don’t have enough
sleep. Additionally, nights of uninterrupted sleep are better
than nights of interrupted sleep. So if you have very young
children who wake you up each night (for feedings, diaper
changes, etc.), try to share those duties with your husband or
partner so that you get some nights of uninterrupted sleep. And
don’t feel guilty about napping when you get the chance! The
energetic demands on your body as a woman juggling numerous
roles are enormous. The more you can cater to those energetic
needs, the more resources you will have for dealing with life’s
annoyances and real stressors.
2. Prioritize and organize errands to minimize the running
around time you have to do. You may need to plan a “route” that
takes you to the post office, the dry cleaners, etc. once a
week. And don’t fret if you forget to bring something with you -
99% of the time, it can wait until your next trip. Also,
minimize the number of times you go to the supermarket by
stocking up during fewer trips.
3. Take 10 to 15 minutes each day to just sit by yourself and
let your mind float. Turn the phones off, if possible. You can
also listen to a relaxation CD or a CD of your favorite music.
Don’t stress if you can’t achieve the “quiet mind” Buddhist
monks can achieve. Just giving yourself some “down time” each
day is a very important stress management strategy. Treat this
down time like you would treat brushing your teeth - as
something you wouldn’t dream of skipping! You don’t have to
necessarily do it at the same time each day, as long as you do
it. Don’t feel guilty about giving yourself this time. Not only
do you deserve it, it will keep you emotionally and physically
healthier and better able to give yourself some stress relief.
4. In the back of your mind, keep some sort of mental scale for
judging how stressful something is. I typically tell clients to
think of some minor annoyance, and then think of the worst thing
imaginable (or at least something truly BIG and stressful), and
put each thing on opposite ends of the scale. Then when you feel
stressed, ask yourself which end of the scale the stressor is
closer to. Most things fall much closer to the minor annoyance
end of the scale, and this helps keep things in perspective.
Perspective is a crucial tool for stress management.
5. Keep in mind a sense of your physical and emotional energetic
resources as a discrete quantity. No one is a superhuman;
everyone has limits. When you feel stressed about something, or
have the urge to react to something, ask yourself, “Is this
worth spending my life’s energy on?”. Very often, the answer is
“No,” and you can move on without wasting your time and energy
on something that doesn’t amount to much.
6. Learn the art of limited procrastination. For example, if a
letter from your insurance company arrives in the mail, and it
tells you your car insurance premium is going up 300% in 60
days, put the letter aside. Very often, these sorts of things
resolve themselves or become moot. You might get a letter in 3
days that says, “Whoops! We made a mistake!” and you would have
gotten stressed over nothing. Obviously, you don’t want to
procrastinate about everything, because that can lead to more
stress. But when something seems to demand your immediate
attention, let it “age” for a couple of days. Or hand it to your
husband, partner or other trusted person to take care of it.
Stress management is made easier when we are willing to let
others help us. There’s no need to be Super Woman!
7. Plan nights out with your husband or partner or friend, so
you two can have adult time together. Do this once a week or
once every two weeks - whatever works for you. Then you have
something special to look forward to, which makes it easier to
deal with minor stresses and the endless demands on your time.
8. Give your current work schedule some thought. You may
ultimately decide that you want to keep or that you must keep
your work schedule the same, but at least you will have given it
some thought with regard to what’s healthiest for you to do at
this time in your life. Sometimes we get caught up in the
routine of everyday life, and we don’t always take the time to
consider whether this routine is the optimal one for us. When we
engage in stress management strategies, we need to consider all
aspects of our lives, including those that seem more or less set
in stone, such as our work situation.
9. Humor is a wonderful tool for stress management. Get some
funny DVDs (movies, animated TV shows, etc.) that you, alone or
with someone else, can watch in small chunks of time.
10. Exercise is also great for stress relief. It’s a good way to
blow off steam and get endorphins (feel-good hormones) flowing.
If your life is so frantic that you hardly have time to think,
no less exercise, just keep it in mind or start in small ways
right now. Some of my clients build a library of exercise DVDs,
which are great, because most of the DVDs have small segments
(15 to 20 minutes) that can be done without taking a big chunk
out of your day. Some of my other clients take a yoga class or a
pilates class once a week, and it gives them something to look
forward to. Exercise should be something you do as part of your
overall “taking care of me” strategy.
If you implement some or all of these stress management tips,
you will find that your day-to-day stress level can be
significantly reduced. That will leave you with the maximum
resources for dealing with life’s “big stressors.”

The ability to gain and keep trust is a vital factor in being able to influence others. Research has shown, time and time again, that trust is always a contributing factor in the ability to influence others. When a person trusts you, trust alone can cause them to accept your message. On the flip side, if people don’t trust you, all the evidence, reasoning, facts, or figures in the world won’t get them to budge.
Trust can be an ambiguous concept, but certain things are quite clear: You can’t get others to trust you unless you trust yourself first. Your message will not be convincing to others unless it’s convincing to you. Whenever someone tries to influence us, we ask ourselves, “Can I trust this person? Do I believe him? Is she really concerned about me?” We are less likely to be influenced if we sense that the person is driven solely by self-interest. Never assume that people trust you.
Always show the world you are someone to be trusted, no matter what the circumstances are. You can gain and enhance trust by doing the following:
•Keep your promises
•Be reliable
•Under-promise and over-deliver
•Admit your failures and weaknesses
•Use logic with your emotion
•Exhibit true concern for and about others
•Never assume people completely trust you
•Tell people only as much as they’ll believe
•Tell the truth, even if it hurts
•Downplay any benefits to you
The Five C’s of Trust, as listed above, will all help you gain the trust you need to have lasting influence. Let me illustrate how these elements work in a story. Imagine you’re experiencing extreme tooth pain. You’ve put off going to the dentist as long as possible, but now nature’s telling you your time has run out. You recently relocated, so your previous dentist is 2,000 miles away and no longer an option. You ask your new friends and neighbors about their dentists and get the following five responses:
1. My dentist has great character. He is one of the most honest people I know. He’s not very competent, though. I heard he’s famous for sticking the needle completely through your cheek.
Would you go to this dentist?
2. My dentist is one of the top dentists in the state. He’s extremely competent, but kind of a crook. He has no character. He’s been caught a few times for over billing and also sometimes fills more cavities than you actually have.
Would you go to this dentist?
3. My dentist doesn’t have much confidence in his work. One time he said to me, “I’ve never been very good at reading x-rays. I feel unsure about whether I should give you a root canal or just leave the tooth alone. Look at this x-ray and tell me what you think.”
Would you go to this dentist?
4. I’m not sure my dentist is licensed. I didn’t see any degree or diplomas on his wall, and no one seems to know where he went to school. His office doesn’t have the latest equipment. He even asked me to pay cash instead of writing a check. He has no credibility in my book.
Would you go to this dentist?
5. My dentist is a nice guy, but he doesn’t keep his stories straight. Congruency and consistency are not his strong suits. Last year he said I’d probably have to get a root canal on my molar the next time I came in. When I came back, I asked him about the root canal on my molar, and he said, “You don’t need a root canal on that tooth. Who told you that?”
Would you go to this dentist?
I’m sure you would spend more time trying to find a dentist who met all five criteria. A deep and lasting sense of trust will not exist without all five characteristics being present. We know if a person is lacking in just one of these areas, it will affect every aspect of their ability to build, gain, and maintain trust.

Learning how to persuade and influence will make the difference between hoping for a better income and having a better income. It is the missing puzzle piece that will crack the code to dramatically increase your income, improve your relationships, and help you get what you want, when you want, and win friends for life. Ask yourself how much money and income you have lost because of your inability to persuade and influence. Think about it. Sure you’ve seen some success, but think of the times you couldn’t get it done. Has there ever been a time when you did not get your point across? Were you unable to convince someone to do something? Have you reached your full potential? Are you able to motivate yourself and others to achieve more and accomplish their goals? What about your relationships? Imagine being able to overcome objections before they happen, know what your prospect is thinking and feeling, feel more confident in your ability to persuade.

In the mid 1990’s websites used to earn income by receiving money from advertisers by publishing or allowing companies to deploy a banner ad campaign on your website. Usually these banners would be brilliantly designed to catch the eye of the consumer along with a short message. The website in turn would receive a tiny profit from a click-through, which was when a customer actually clicked on the banner and went into the website and purchased the product. This was considered traffic-driven income. It was the industry standard until Google came along.
Google has since revolutionized the click-through market by using an innovative approach to advertising, Google AdSense. The beauty behind getting involved with Google now more than any other search engine is due to Google’s straightforward approach to a banner/content-free home page. You would sign up your website for affiliation with Google and upon approval your site would be given special code to place the targeted ads on your website. Basically saving Google the space and inconvenience of having to deal with banner ads.
You still may be wondering what Google AdSense actually does. AdSense is a program in which you get paid for targeting your readers to another websites product or service.
A click through is measured when someone actually clicks on the hyperlink. Many web sites now have Google AdSense ads employed. Google AdSense uses Google Adwords content and services in a display box that you place strategically on your website. Google Adword customers pay Google a determined amount of money which will be paid to the website from Google. Since the popularity of Google has risen to such prominence, AdSense affiliates can make a nice amount of money should they be able to deploy the Google AdSense box properly on their website.
Other sites like Earthlink and Ask.com also employ the same technologies through click through methodologies. The more people that visit popular sites and see your name or hyperlink associated with a product the better chance your site will be seen. Remember, you will be paid a small amount per click for some websites and much more for others. What determines the amount is how much the Adwords advertiser places on each click.
Advertisers can pay as little as .50 per click in upwards of $5 (even more). Often campaigns are budgeted for a period of time. The amount budgeted will be rationed over a period of days, the less days involved or the higher price per click the higher the ranking. The more traffic you receive will increase the possibility of a sale and a click through fee in your account.
In short, Google’s idea to market itself from the inside out has changed the way websites are doing business. Starting as an AdSense affiliate is a practical approach to making money using one of the hottest tools on the Internet today.

When evaluating whether to use a particular plastic surgeon, there are a lot of factors to consider. Talking with other patients about their experience with a surgeon is one of the best.
Regardless of the medical professional, every office is going to try to put forth their best side to prospective patients. Given that plastic surgery is all about appearances, a plastic surgery practice should be particularly good and doing so. That being said, there is nothing wrong with plastic surgeons or any business offering the best possible view of their practice to entice you to use them. Despite this effort, there is one area that always reveals the quality of the practice - past patients.
A quality plastic surgeon is going to have happy patients. When evaluating a surgeon, you should ask if there is a list of former patients you can speak with regarding their experiences. Not all offices have such a list, but it is a very good sign if they do and you should use it
Because of privacy laws passed in the last few years, it is highly unlikely you will be given the name and number of past patients. It is simply illegal unless they sign a thick waiver, which most surgeons don’t want to bother them with. Instead, the surgeon will usually give your name and number to the past patients, who then contact you.
The nature of plastic surgery is such that patients often like to show off their results. As a result, these individuals will often agree to meet you in person if you ask. Whether you speak with them over the phone or meet for lunch, there are a number of questions you should ask them.
1. How did the process differ from what you expected?
2. Did the final result look like what you wanted when you went in for the surgery?
3. How was recovery?
4. How did the nurses treat you before and after the surgery?
5. What do you know now that you did not going into the surgery?
6. What was the biggest surprise?
7. What did you like least about the services provided and how strongly do you feel about that?
8. Would you do it again?
9. Are you happy with the results?
Obviously, the plastic surgeon is not going to put you in touch with patients that had a bad experience. With this in mind, you need to pay close attention to what the patients say and what they may hint at. The information may open your eyes to issues you have not considered or may put you at ease with the surgeon in question.
As with any business, speaking with previous patients is a great way to find out the skinny on the quality of a plastic surgeon.

If you have come to a point in your life that you want a serious relationship, I would strongly suggest that you “think pink”. This may sound strange to some of you, but I have discovered that the color “pink” has some interesting qualities. Pink is definitely a girly color, and it speaks of love, romance and partnership. Pink flowers, hearts, and just about anything else this color makes you feel soft and feminine. What woman doesn’t love receiving even a single pink rose? The majority of the time you will think of pink for baby bedding if you are expecting a girl. Most of the gifts you receive at a baby shower will be pink for your newborn girl. Don’t stop using pink for your bedding after you have grown up. There are lots of things you can do to enhance your bedroom when it comes to finding partnership and having a pink duvet cover or bedspread is just one of them.
I really wanted a serious relationship in my life so I decided to use the color pink to my advantage. If you have read about the principals of Feng Shui, you know that pink is an important color to enhance partnerships and when used in the bedroom wonderful and magical things can happen. With the intention of a loving relationship clearly in my mind, I went out and purchased a pink comforter and sheets to match for my bed. It had only a small tonal design, but I didn’t want a lot of other flowers or patterns getting in the way. The color was what mattered to me, the thing that was going to jumpstart my quest for the ideal relationship. I put my new pink bedding on the minute I got home from the store and visualized what this new man would look like and the kinds of things we would do as a couple. I didn’t stop redecorating my room with just the pink bed linen; throw pillows in different shades of pink were called for as well. I already had several vintage velvet pillows in the shape of hearts that were perfect. I put white lace accents around the dresser representing the lace from a wedding dress. I placed two pink candles beside the bed and immediately lit them both. Two is better than one because this also reinforces the pair and not just one single candle standing alone. I found beautiful artwork that went well with the new bedding. I had fresh pink roses in my bedroom everyday.
I also cleared out my closet of all the stuff I no longer wore, gave it to charity and created a “space” for the man coming into my life. I went through my drawers as well, and it felt good to get rid of some of the stuff I was hanging on to. You’d be surprised what you find when you go through your stuff. Clearing the clutter out of your life is also a Feng Shui principal that opens the way for something new to enter in; out with the old and in with the new as they say. Are you starting to get an idea of how you can use some common sense things to assist you in finding your right relationship?
If all of this pink, hearts and flowers are beginning to look too much like bubblegum, just take a moment and think about how you would like your bedroom to look. There are many shades of pink. You don’t have to buy a duvet cover or comforter that looks like it belongs to a ten year old. Some of the salmon and mauve shades available in the bedding department are very sophisticated. If you aren’t excited about lace and velvet, why not try satin with silver accents or how about rich chintz or beefy jacquards? Look for things that mean something to you. You might also have a family piece that your mother gave you, and every time you look at it, it reminds you of your parent’s happy and enduring marriage. This is even more helpful when placed with intention in the room. If you find a beautiful modern bronze sculpture of a couple entwined, go for it. You might see the perfect heart grapevine wreath with roses, so hang it with love and the thoughts of things to come. If pink sheets aren’t called for, why not paint the room a warm rose and change the curtains or draperies? It would still be a nice touch to buy new bedding, even if it is a shade of gray or blue as you are “preparing” your room for someone new. The style in which you decorate doesn’t matter. The intention behind the changes you make is what counts.
Take a look at your own bedroom
Take a look at your own bedroom. If you want a serious relationship, what are you saying to the universe about yourself through the colors of your bedding, decorating themes and the shape of your closets and drawers? Do you have artwork on the wall that is of a woman standing alone looking at the ocean, or is the woman sitting alone on a park bench? Do you have only one end table beside the side of the bed that you sleep on? You may want to consider putting one on the other side too, inviting that other person in. Are you starting to see that what you have around you speaks volumes about what you believe about yourself and what you think is possible?
You may be wondering if the “pink” work its magic. Did someone new come into my life? Of course the color pink doesn’t possess powers that mysteriously draws people to you. However, when you focus on a goal with a clear intention, you will draw energy to that goal. Plain and simple, it is the law of the universe. You will be assisted in achieving the goal and the “pink” can work to help you. The same Feng Shui principal applies to whatever you want in life, a new career, more money, better health and so on. By the way, I met my husband one week after I put the pink bedding on my bed and made my other changes. You decide for yourself if you would like to “think pink” to change your life.

It’s amazing how many sayings there are in our culture about the number three. Think about it: “Good things (or bad) come in threes;” “Third time’s the charm.” A rule of thumb in speaking is, no more than three major points in a speech. (That was three examples, wasn’t it?) And then there are all of the mystical references to powerful threesomes. My purpose today is to look purely at the practical application of this “rule of three,” and see how we can use it to become more effective managers of our lives and priorities.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
* What are the three most important goals I want to achieve this year?
* What are the three most important things I need to complete today?
* What if I had only one hour in which to accomplish something important, what three things would I choose to do?
* What three clients or prospects do you most need to contact today?
It may be difficult to boil down your seemingly endless “to do” list to just three things, but asking the question forces you to make some powerful decisions about what is really important in your life, and what is, as Shakespeare wrote, is “sound and fury signifying nothing.” And while you may still have many other tasks you want to complete, knowing your top three will begin to create a clarity, focus and momentum to your day.
Thoreau once admonished people of his day, who lived without the so-called time saving devices of cell phones, email, fax machines and rapid transportation, to let the affairs of the day number one and two, rather than having a long list of duties and obligations to tend to. I think he was on to something. What I’ve noticed (and hear from coaching clients and many others I speak to) is that we all try to cram too much stuff into too little time. As a result we’re on constant overwhelm, running faster and faster but making little real progress toward what really matters because we don’t know what really matters.
Experiment today and in the week ahead with this rule of three. Decide the three most important tasks you want to accomplish today and go at them first. Work the rest of your “to do” list around your top three. You may need to declare some time boundaries, i.e. closing your office door, letting the phone go to voicemail or not responding to every email that drops into your in box, but the results may well be worth it. Far too many of us (myself included) allow others to steal our time and make their priorities ours. It doesn’t have to be that way. This week I encourage you to use the power of three: to focus, to build momentum, to create clarity about what’s really important to you.
As with anything, applying the rule of three may require some extra discipline at first. But remember, “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again!”

Mortgage banking software can be useful to people who are looking into buying a home. This software can help people research the type of mortgage they are looking for and can even be used during the application process. The story of Mary Hart exemplifies the uses of mortgage banking software.
Mary Hart resides in the quiet isolation of a New Jersey suburb. For the past couple of years she has been confined to her modest residence of a two-storied rented house. She was left alone to fend for herself and her son, but her only source of hope; her son left for greener pastures in Washington where he took up a lucrative corporate job and rarely visited his ailing mother.
Problems with her landlord over the years left her dejected and she desperately wanted to own a house. It was that then someone suggested to her to go for a loan in lieu of her property that would eventually belong to her once her loans were repaid. Thankfully a banking mortgage software program that caters to the specific needs of such persons in distress and who are unable to venture out proved to be a boon for her.

Term life insurance is very simple, and can easily be purchased online. For this reason the number of people buying term life insurance online has doubled in two years. There are some advantages and disadvantages to buying term life insurance online.
Advantages
Term life insurance is simple, there is no cash value, so it is easy to comparison shop for the right policy for you
There are numerous websites that will compare hundreds of different policies. This makes it easy to take advantage of a policy that you otherwise would not have found
You eliminate salesmen that may have been able to convince you to buy a more expensive policy that you don’t really need.
Disadvantages
There is no personal service. If you have questions it is often hard to find someone you feel comfortable talking to
Often agents can offer special rates or deals, and that is lost when you are working through comparison shopping online
When you buy online, there is no one to walk you through the process so you need to be sure that you know how much coverage you need and what type of term life insurance you want to buy. There are three basic types of term life insurance: Decreasing Term, Annual Renewable Term, and Level Term.
Decreasing Term
This policy is set up for a specific number of years usually between ten and thirty years. The face amount decreases over that period of time. This is a good type of policy for a couple that will have fewer financial responsibilities as time passes.
Annual Renewable Term
This type of policy has the same level of death benefit, but the rates increase each year. You have to renew the insurance each year. This is the most temporary life insurance coverage you can get and may be useful for a person whose situation changes often.
Level Term
This is usually the most common type of policy. It has a level death benefit and a fixed rate for a specific amount of time. Most allow you to renew the policy when the term is up if it is desired. This is most popular because the premium remains low, especially if the policy is bought when a person is young, for the life of the policy.
Good things to ask about or include with your policy are:
Make sure the insurance is “written in trust.” This insures that the money goes immediately to those you list. It also makes sure that those who receive the money do not have to pay taxes on it.
Consider having the policy also include critical illness insurance. This will provide money for your family if you suffer from long-term illness. Buying it with an insurance policy is usually cheaper, but be sure not to confuse this with terminal illness coverage.
Be sure that you can easily find contact information for the company you are buying the policy from.
Before buying a policy do a little research about the company and make sure it is legitimate.
